Rodeway Inn - Saint John

Didn't like anything, except friendly staff.

The staff were very helpful, providing directions for us to get around the city as easily as possible. They were very friendly, welcoming, and very professional.

Helpful and friendly staff on August 10th and were so grateful to the receptionist and UNBEATABLE location make it a great choice! Can get to the bus station within 15 minutes' walk.

The location was ideal for easy access after arriving off the ferry, and the check-in process was efficient. The bathroom provided hot water with strong pressure, and the proximity to various dining options was advantageous during my work trip.

The internet connectivity was subpar.

The room was pet-friendly & recently renovated, with a king size bed. The hotel was in a marvellous location near downtown and the Digby ferry, the ferry from here, and the highway. Also, main attraction such as an environmental retreat was 4 miles from this property.

The customer service was probably the best of any hotel I have stayed in. I wanted to check-in at 1:00 pm (their check-in time is 3:00pm) and the lady at the reception was really good about it.....every other staff we encountered had smiling faces and were all helpful when required.

The hotel is a little bit old....the tv channels were blurry....and the remote was terribly hard to work....no WiFi...but they provided free wired internet...the breakfast room was too small....

The room had a musky smell, but I appreciated the comfy bed.

Good breakfast, decent size rooms, comfortable bed and good bathroom facility.

No fridge, no mini-bar, TV wasn't great (nor were channel selections), and I wasn't pleased to see that they slipped my bill under the door on the day I was supposed to check-out... Not a nice touch. I was hoping to check-out llike you do in eeeeevery other hotel (from the 100's) I've stayed at. Slipping a bill under the door is not very professional and undermines my respect for the Comfort Inn brand. Also, I thought the hotel was very over-priced given its location (well outside Saint John) and the fact that I paid less in other cities and got a better location/bigger room/more luxury. Def. is over-priced.

It was very nice, location was good, extremely comfortable bed and pillows!!

The King Room had a comfy bed with a thick mattress cover. A microwave and fridge for late-night snacks.

The bathroom had a rusty bowl, and the bathtub featured a grimy, non-removable mat that raised health concerns. The high-speed internet didn't match expectations and lacked basic security features. The sliding glass patio door was tricky to operate, causing some frustration.

Recently refurbished, comfy unit with a comfortable bed and updated carpet plus a fridge. Paid $ 210. Marvellous location of the hotel right off the highway. Also - very close to industrial area as well as the Digby ferry.

Beds were very small.

The Front Desk Staff recommended a great restaurant, The Reversing Falls, and we had a terrific meal and very relaxing evening. We had asked for a good restaurant and we certainly got a lot more than we expected and it wasn't too far a drive. Also the hotel employee in the breakfast room was very friendly and we enjoyed our chat with her and some of the other hotel guests while eating. It was such a cozy room.

It made our trip to Saint John a very comfortable experience. They gave us a king room with a king size bed. The staff was exceptionally pleasant providing the information.

We found the Comfort Inn very comfortable and it was very quiet. Often hotels can be very noisy. I would highly recommend the Comfort Inn.
